Posisi:
QHSE Management System Development and Compliance Supervisor
HSE Department
Report to HSE Manager
Job Responsibility:
– Manage and develop the implementation of Quality Management System based on ISO
9001:2015, Occupational health & Safety based on ISO 45001:2018, Environment
Management System based on ISO 14001:2015 and Energy Management System based
on ISO 50001:2018 (QHSEEn Integrated Management System) in line with the company’s
management system and Business Process Mapping (BPM);
– Manage the Internal & External Issue, Need & Expectation of Interested Parties related
with QHSE;
– Risk Management by Identification, Assessment and Controlling of the QHSE Risk and
Opportunity;
– Develop and Evaluate the QHSE framework and QHSE Management Program;
– Performance Management by Monitoring, Measurement and evaluation of the QHSE Key
Characteristics;
– Manage the Nonconformity and follow-up the Corrective Action;
Information and Documentation Management by Implementation, evaluation and
periodically reviewed consistently of QHSE Procedure, Technical Standard and Work
Instruction;
– Coordination with Certification Body for External Audit (Surveillance Audit or Re-
Certification)
– PROPER Certification
– HSE Reporting (SIMPEL,Festronik,P2K3,AMDAL/UKL-UPL, Equipment Certification);
Qualification:
– 25-30 YO
– D3/S1 Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Fire and Safety
Engineering;
– Have experience above 2 years in manufacturing or petrochemical industry in handle
– ISO and HSE Certification including reporting to government;
– Computer Skill is a must;
– English is a must;
