Requirements:
• Bachelor degree of Psychology/Human Resources Management
• experienced in HR field for 2-4 years especially in startup company
• Develop policies/procedures/standards for all activities related to
assesment, and employee development
• Support recruitment end-to-end
• Possess in-depth interviewing skills and personality assesment (PAPI
Kostick & DISC)
• Able to communicate effectively across all levels, pro-active and
hands-on attitude to work
• Experience in agency or creative industry will be point plus
• Able to join as soon as possible
