• BARTENDER – BAR
• TECHNICIAN (DAILY WORKER ) – TECH
This role will be deployed within South Jakarta area – Boutique design suites
with secret Bar, lounge for club member and outdoor FB space
REQUIREMENTS
• Identify, solicit & prospect new business opportunities with potential revenue for all areas of the Suites (Transient & Groups), functions, meetings, events and F&B venues – (SE)
• Had a span of Luxury hotel background as well freestanding group – (SE & BAR)
• 5+ years of experience and flexibility in each position – (SE & BAR )
• Has a deep understanding of mixology, coffee and Indonesia’s native drinks – (BAR)
• Intermediate english – (ALL POSITION )
• In depth cost control also inventory knowledge application – (BAR)
Ability to train and build consistency in Bar also dining service for the team – (BAR)
