Operations Trainer (Jawa Barat)

You will be responsible for developing a Training Need Analysis (TNA) and arranging curriculum to support classroom and
regular refreshment training.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree from all majors
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in handling end to end training process (Learning & Development at Xpress / Courier
company experience will be an advantage)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in implementing and managing Third Party Logistics (3PL) in all levels
• Proactive and initiative work ethics with eagerness to learn
