- Having computer, especially Words & Excel
- Having English skill, preferably knowledgeable property management system especially: VHP (1 & 2)
- Strong practical and proven knowledge of recruitment, HR Operational, Compensation & Benefit,
- Industrial & Employee Relation, familiar with payroll process and strong Attention to detail (3)
